Description

  1. Position yourself face down on the reverse hyperextension machine or bench, with your hips resting at the edge and your legs hanging off.

  2. Grip the handles or hold onto the sides of the bench for stability.

  3. Engage your core muscles and glutes as you raise your legs upward until they are parallel to the floor or slightly higher. Focus on using your glutes and hamstrings to lift your legs while keeping your lower back relaxed.

  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, and then slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position under control.

  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on maintaining a smooth and controlled motion throughout the exercise.
